Hi Sue, not sure about the anti TNF drugs yet, as I am on the triple therapy I think tht if it still doesnt help then eventually things will go that way. My inflamation markers have gone down, which is a good sign, but still getting alot of pain.
Dont worry about replying individually, its fine, you can just put it all on the one post, we really dont mind!!! Take care x x x

Hi Sue

Welcome I can't give you any advice because I was only diagnosed three weeks ago but had symptoms since last July, but from my experience so far you will get alot of advice on this site, everyone has been so so helpful.

Hi Sue, welcome from me too! reading through all your replies has answered some of my questions. The dry eyes and hip pain. I'm on Mtx,Folic, sulph,Tramadol and Hydrox. Now my GP has added Buprenorphine patches for the constant pain.
Have you a support group near you, I go to one in York once a month, it's great to talk with others and swap ideas, we have guest speakers and demo's, relevent books and tapes we can borrow, and all the infor from nras.
Check it out there may be one in your area too.
Hope your feeling better soon, take care , Kathleen
